1. Condition of Merchandise
Products listed on our store are all new.
2. Product Description and Display
We try our best to describe the measurements and display the colour of our products as accurate as we can. However, due to different monitor settings, under rare occasion will there be a slight difference in the colour of the product that you see on your monitor and the actual product.
3. Prices and Currency
All products are priced in Singapore dollars.
4. Payment Methods
We accept payment via Internet/ATM fund transfer / PayPal. Our email address to receive payment via PayPal is cs.rainbowtree@gmail.com.
5. Delivery and Postage
Orders will be sent out within 2 business days upon receiving payment.
6. Order Cancellation
Once order is confirmed, there will be no cancellation. Items will be released to other potential buyers if we do not receive payment within 48 hours upon confirmation.
7. Return and Exchange
If we deliver the wrong items, buyers can return the items with original packaging to us. RainbowTree will be liable for the return postage. Returned items must be unworn and unused.
