Step 3: RainbowTree will send an email confirmation to you within 24 hours indicating payment details.


Step 4: Proceed to make payment within 48 hours upon confirmation and send us an email stating name, mode of payment, i-bank Nic, amount transfered, date of transfer, and reference/transaction number.


Step 5: Upon receiving payment, RainbowTree will send out the items within 2 business days and will send email to inform buyer when the items are sent out

Postage & Delivery
RainbowTree offers the following delivery methods:
- Normal mail: FREE
- Registered mail: $2.20
- Meet up: Pasir Ris MRT or Dover MRT (available according to RainbowTree's time and scedule)


RainbowTree assumes no responsibility for lost package through normal mail. RainbowTree strongly recommends buyers to use registered mail.


Return and Exchange
If RainbowTree delivers the wrong items, buyers can return the items with original packaging. RainbowTree will be liable for the return postage. Returned items must be unworn and unused.
